My programmes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll build your strength, fitness and confidence step-by-step, with clear guidance and no judgement. You’ll feel supported every step of the way, and I’ll be right there to cheer you on.2. I’m nervous about going to the gym – do I have to be?No! If you're not comfortable in the gym right now, that’s perfectly okay. We can begin with at-home workouts using minimal equipment until you feel ready. If and when you do want to go to the gym, I’ll provide you with beginner-friendly routines and help you feel confident walking through those doors. You’re in control of your journey.3. Will this help me lose weight?Yes if that’s your goal – but more importantly, it will help you feel better, stronger, and more in control of your health. Weight loss is one part of the journey, and I’ll guide you with a holistic approach combining movement, nutrition advice, and mindset support.
